Overview
The heroine Caron, a descendant of a legendary swordsman, must defeat the cruel monster Gebalzo, the leader of the Shadow Empire, in order to save Rubyna, the the princess of Rall he abducted. Rall III: Kakusei-hen is based on the adult anime Superdimension SF Legend Rall (1984), serving as its third episode as well as a re-imagining of the first one. The game is an adult visual novel. The gameplay consists entirely of making choices. The player chooses destinations (a village, a castle, a cave, etc.) from a map screen, moving the heroine ahead and advancing the story. In some key points during the plot, the heroine may encounter an enemy. The player fights the enemy making full use of decided choices, such as attack, defense, etc. However, the heroine always wins irrespective of the player's decisions.
