Overview

Custom Robo is a single-player action game that takes place in a future world where small robots, called "Robos", are used for a variety of purposes including battling, exploration, and sport. The game follows the protagonist, who receives a custom Robo from their mother, and heads to the Robo Station to test it out with their friend Shinichi. The gameplay revolves around participating in a series of competitions to become the top Robo commander. Players control a character who is part of a group that designs and battles with custom Robos. The game features a story mode where players progress through a series of battles against other Robo fighters. These battles take place in small, enclosed arenas, and players must use their Robos' unique abilities to defeat their opponents. In addition to the story mode, Custom Robo also features a multiplayer mode that allows players to battle against each other with their custom Robos. The game features a robust customization system that allows players to modify every aspect of their Robos, including their appearance, weapons, and abilities. Players can collect and purchase new parts and weapons throughout the game, allowing them to continually improve and customize their Robos. The game also features a variety of different Robo types, each with their own strengths and weaknesses.
