3DO's High Heat Baseball series is known not just for featuring all the real-life Major League players, but also for infusing those virtual players with an enormous amount of statistical data to help ensure that performance and abilities in the video game match those demonstrated in the real-world ballparks. This 2002 edition in the series features millions of statistics to provide a sense of realism that even hard core baseball fans should appreciate. The game also features manager profiles, which may be adjusted to help provide the desired styles of offense and defense.
