Overview

A top-down perspective golf game that allows 1 - 4 human players to compete, and also allows playing against computer versions of famous golfers of the past. The game is designed as a strategic simulation of golf, and considers many complex environmental factors into gameplay, such as wind and weather. Players can also choose from a total of 15 different clubs, and 5 types of shots including hook, draw, none, fade, and slice. The game allows special recovery shots when playing from within sand traps or from forested regions. The game comes with a preloaded version of Pebble Beach golf course, along with a second course containing famous holes from around the world. 20 computer controlled opponents designed after famous golfers of the past are included to play against. An expansion module containing courses at Merion and Oakmont was sold separately.
