Overview
The Ringed City is the second and final expansion to Dark Souls III, following Ashes of Ariandel. It contains two new locations: Dreg Heap and the Ringed City proper, each with its own sub-areas of different kinds. There are several new types of regular enemies, as well as mandatory and optional boss battles. New weapons, armor, spells, and accessories have been added, including the most powerful versions of some of the series' trademark rings. The new areas are best suited for high-level players, and completion of the Lothric Castle from the base game is recommended.
