Overview

Monker (a blue critter) and Echo invite children ages six to eight to his science shop. The games include watering a target, making music, uncovering Science facts by solving jigsaw puzzles, and learning how to program a robot. The educational topics include observation, classification, ordering, predicting and describing results, problem solving, measuring, comparison, spatial relationships, and grouping. In the main menu, the player can click on any object to play an activity, e.g. the oscilloscope or the robot. Narrated instructions are given from Monker, and the player watches the actions on the screen to give an idea before doing it on their own. During an activity, Monker will reward the player with a “Good Job” message if the player got it right. The player can change the level of difficulty at any time.
