Overview
Having been elected Controller of a frontier colony on a planet the far reaches of the galaxy, you now have the difficult job of efficiently managing the planet and its surrounding system. Under you direction, spacecraft will explore the galaxy seeking new worlds for the ever expanding population, while in the colony, despite scientific researches, the planet become increasingly dependent on imported resources and the skill of your management.
