Gener-Raider

Overview

A shooter from Brian Niessen and Phil Bailey, released by NET Software in 1984. Interplanetary war is raging between the people of your star system and beings from a neighboring system. Your enemies have just succeeded in capturing numerous settlements on one of your outlying planets.

The enemy has secured the planet with its best defense and sensor systems which rules out a massive counter-attack. The only hope for your people is to have their best pilot, you, guide your most powerful and advanced robot fighter-craft through the enemy defenses to destroy the enemy's power generators. As you guide the spaceship over each city you will pass through four defense zones.

Zone a………… ...Space mines

Zone b......Laser gates

Zone c......Anti-spacecraft missiles

Zone d…………..Enemy fighter-craft

If you survive the enemy defenses, you will encounter the generator which gives power to the enemy's weaponry and life-support systems for the entire city. If you can destroy the generator you will proceed to the next city.
