Overview

Video Pool for the Spectrum is a pool simulation game featuring realistic ball movement and accurate game angles. The objective is to pocket as many of the five initial numbered balls as possible without losing lives. Players use a cursor to aim, with the cue automatically directed towards the cursor. Points are awarded for each ball pocketed, except for indicator balls, which incur a penalty. Points are calculated by multiplying the difficulty level, the ball number, and the pocket number by ten. Players must pocket a ball before the shot count reaches zero, with a warning signal sounding before the last shot. Failure to pocket a ball or hitting the auxiliary ball results in a penalty and loss of a life.
