Seibu Metal Freezer Arcade Circuit Board, Works, 1989 Original Seibu Metal Freezer Arcade game circuit board in good working condition. This is an extremely rare game board, we have been told by the seller it was a prototype game, never released. The seller picked it up back in the late 80s during a trip to Japan (he worked with Seibu at the time). We've heard from another collector that it did have a very limited release in Japan only.
