Mega Force

Mega Force is a 1-player arcade game for multiple systems.

The player controls a ship at the bottom of the screen that moves laterally and fires directly forward. Alien ships appear at the top of the screen and rapidly descend. The player must destroy or avoid these. Bonus ships appear throughout the level and, if these are all destroyed, the player receives a large bonus at the end of the level. An alien mothership appears at the end of each stage to be destroyed. An upgrade can be picked up that adds a nose cone to the player's ship, increasing its fire power. The player starts with three lives, and there are 24 levels and 7 alien vessel types to destroy.
