Overview
Find Love 2: Rhapsody is a love adventure game based on the Zenkoku Seifuku Bishōjo Grand Prix series of illustration collections. The protagonist is a high school student and aspiring musician who has been asked by his father to manage a condo building he owns in a resort town over the summer. This condo building just so happens to be the summer home of many beautiful young ladies from all over the country, and our hero hopes that he might, as the title suggests, find love with one of the ladies there.
The game is structured like other love simulation games such as Tokimeki Memorial, with the player improving various attributes and visiting various locations each day in hopes of meeting a particular girl. During conversations, the player can choose what tone to take, between normal, wild, and confident, which will affect that girl's reaction and affection level. The player's stats will affect their chances with each girl, as well as their potential as a pop star, and there is even a rhythm mini-game to help the protagonist practice with his guitar. The jigsaw puzzle mode of the first game also returns as a minigame with new illustrations.
