Overview

100 Manyen Quiz Hunter is a Playstation quiz game based on a 30 minutes Japanese TV Show of the same name produced by Asahi National Broadcasting Co. that was aired since 1981 until 1993 (the New Year special got 1 hour of time). Rules: There are 4 teams and they have to answer one question of the panel, the quicker one (they use a hammer to make a boozer sound) that gives the right answer wins a prize that is value in money, and can also choose what will be the subject in the panel for the next question. When the panel is finished the second part of the game will star with one 3 teams (the one with less money is out), in this part the team that answer the question right can choose whatever prize that the other teams got (that's why this part is calling Hunter) and the first team to reach 1 million win the game and the prize of the Hawaii tour. The show was divided into 2 parts, the first one was a quiz part and the second one was called Quiz Hunter. The chairman of the show during 12 years was Hiroshi Yagyuu. The most important prize of the show was a travel to Hawaii. The game features 2 modes: The main quiz mode and the MQR viewer where the players can see the prizes that they won playing the main game. The game features 10 different characters (male and female ones) to play with and up to 4 human players to play at the same time using the multitap function.
