City residents rate your performance on an annual basis and list what they regard as the most pressing problems.

Build it all yourself or have the computer handle the details. But watch out! Natural disasters, airplane crashes, and even a monster lizard threaten to demolish your growing city. And what seems like an easy decision can set off a chain reaction leading to unexpected results!
