Catch! Kimochi Sensation (Pandora Max Series vol.4) is an adventure game in which the player controls a young student that is busy trying to find a good girl to date until one day he encounters a young girl that comes from 100 years ago . So he will have to deal with her and the other girls from his school and the story will get stranger as the player advance in it. The gameplay is the usual in an adventure game: The player can only choose what answer he wants to do to some questions that the girls and other characters asked him, and the story will be different depending of his answers. The game features japanese voices, 4 mini games that can also be played outside the adventure part using the game saves of the adventure part, the characters in the mini games will be unlocked with those save games too. The mini games are Rainbow Peak in which the player have to use a paddle to hit a disc inside the opponent gate to score a goal, a Running mini game in which the player have to win a race in which he have to jump or crouch to pass some obstacles. a quiz mini game in which the player and the oppponent have to answers different questions of different subjects to win, and a card game mini game.
