Overview

Sound Novel Tsukuru 2 (Sound Novel Maker 2) is a Sony PlayStation and Sega Saturn video game that was exclusively released in Japan. It is the sequel to Sound Novel Tsukuru for the Super Famicom. The engine for making interactive fiction is nearly identical to its prequel. However, it is more complex with more choices and opportunities for interaction becoming possible. There are also superior graphics and sound quality. Anime-like people appear on the title screen of the video game that serves as a reminder of the game's complexity; it also makes the game appeal to Japanese people interested in making their own "sound novel" stories. The game is completely unplayable, however, unless the player is fluent in Japanese. Sound Novel Tsukuru 2 as his name well said let the player build and design his own adventure games with the adventure game creator: Choose the characters, the music & the stories from the different options that the game offers. The game features also some already created sound novels that the player can play, all of them with different endings depending of the player choices during the game.
