Overview
Sports Hero is an early Decathlon type of game with four track & field events: 100 meter sprint, long jump, 110 meter hurdles and pole vault. Gameplay consists of the typical joystick waggling of the time, with precision timing fire button presses to jump. The objective is to win your spot on the Olympic team, you start out in the local neighborhood, working your way to a university sports scholarship before competing in the Olympics with increasing difficulty.
