Before a race, each player has various options like looking at tables and stats, but the main options allow the players to bet. There are two types of bookies to be chosen and they are a choice of four bookies to select or the course bookie. As decisions are made, a timer counts down to the race and the odds of the dogs keep changing. There are three types of bets that can be made and they are win only, the first two dogs in the correct order, and the first two dogs in any order. A maximum of £50 can be bet with and once all the bets have been made then its onto the actual race. The race can be watched with the various dogs swapping positions as the race progresses chasing a hare and when the race has finished then the race result is shown. The Wembley qualifiers are shown before the scoreboard for the players is shown.
