Overview
Torpedos Away is a compilation of 4 ocean-based arcade games for the Apple II. Subnodule - You control a submarine in hostile waters. Sharing the deep sea with you are several dangerous creatures such as jellyfish, eels, sharks and the mysterious X-Sub. Destroy everything to reach the next level. Depth Charge - The player controls a small ship which must drop depth charges on submarines. Avoid enemy fire while moving horizontally across the pen waves. Sea Battle - A computerized version of the board game Battleship, where the player challenges a computer opponent. Sea Raider - The player controls a plane which continuously scrolls from the right, while an enemy ship sails to the the right. The player has 10 bombs, with the goal to hit the ship as many times as possible.
