Linda³: Kanzenban ("Perfect Edition") is a slightly different version of Linda³ Again - which, in its turn, is a remake of the PC Engine (TurboGrafx) CD original version. For the most part, the game looks, sounds, and plays exactly the same as the PlayStation remake. However, the Saturn version comes with a few extras, in-game as well as in the packaging. In addition to the new difficulty levels and mission objectives introduced in the PlayStation remake, there are more statistics and battle objectives, which can be selected directly from the main menu and then set on the difficulty/mission selection screen. The game then keeps track of these battle records, similarly to the way it registers the amount of captured animals and other mission objectives. Packaging-wise, the game comes with an additional CD which contains the game's soundtrack. A mini artwork book with level designs and character sketches is also included.
