Overview
Mars Mission II is a side scrolling shooter featuring rockets that launch upwards from the ground. Mars Mission II was originally developed as a sequel to Caverns of Mars, programmed by Greg Christensen and published by Atari Program Exchange in 1981. Caverns of Mars II was completed in 1981, but released was delayed several years until published by Antic Software under the title of Mars Mission II.
