Astro-Command

Astro-Command is a 1-player arcade game for the VIC-20.

Alien rocks and space ships descend upon the cities at the bottom of the screen. The player controls a crosshair, and tries to shoot these attackers with the missiles from the left of the screen before they smash the cities below. If an alien ship reaches the bottom, all cities are immediately destroyed. The player can only shoot a limited number of missiles at each level of the screen. One city is rebuilt and the missiles are replenished at the end of each level. It's game over when all cities are destroyed.
