Overview
It is a ROM hack made by the modder Prince Gas Vegeta. It replaces many of the games assets, for example: the character models, the voices, the music, the menus, etc. It became very popular thanks to being sold in street markets and being associated with the infamous Dragon Ball AF series. Many of its most famous characters and transformations also starring in this game. A sequel was being made, called Dragon Ball Ultimate Budokai AF, but it was cancelled and eventually transformed into the remake Dragon Ball Budokai AF HD.
