The monsters that protect the stuff

Make him shake with fright

He meets them on the ladders

His only hope's to dig a trap

They're much too mean to fight

Bash it on the head

Watch out! Oh no! too late my boy

The thing's turned green instead

RED monsters are not nice, its true

But GREEN ones are worse still

If Sam ever stops digging traps

He'd better make out his will

The YELLOW beast is rarely seen

The mere thought makes Sam sweat

Their last meeting was something

That he'd MUCH rather forget

Those monsters rush him off his feet

They never will fight fair

Good grief! His face is turning BLUE!

They've cut off poor Sam's air
