Idol Mahjong: Final Romance R

This limited-edition release of Idol-Mahjong Final Romance R includes the game along with two bonus items:

• A "dress-up" game disc which lets the player dress each up each of the girls in various outfits, including new voice lines.

• A booklet of concept and production artwork.

The dress-up disc was also given out as a separate promotional item, but the art book is unique to this release.
