Nightruth: Explanation of the Paranormal: "Maria"

Maria is the second game in the Nightruth series, following up after Yami no Tobira and this time focusing on one of the female leads, Maria Mizunagi, a fellow student of Shinya's who is skilled at fighting and possesses a supernatural healing ability.

Gameplay is identical to the visual novel-style adventure presentation of the previous title — voiced and illustrated story sequences which occasionally branch via player choice into multiple scenarios, each with multiple endings. This entry features stories relating to three famous historical events: Jack the Ripper, the Mary Celeste, and the Miracle of the Sun.
