You're playing the role of Qume Hayes in this continuation of the game. In part 1 you're informed that you'll discover the principles of time travel at some undetermined time in the future. Your also told that your overly ambitious, but not so intelligent future assistant travels back in time to kill your father. His reasoning being that if you weren't born then he would be able to take the credit for your discoveries. Hence the paradox: If you weren't born then your assistant would not have the means or motivation to prevent your birth: in so in turn you would still be born. After preventing this paradox from occurring you fin that instead of being sent home, you've been sent to an orbiting space station.
