Overview

Hayate no Gotoku! Boku ga Romeo de Romeo ga Boku de is an adventure game based on the Hayate no Gotoku! manga and anime series. The story is set at Hakuou Academy, where preparations begin for a school play inspired by Romeo and Juliet. Hayate Ayasaki becomes involved in the production, with the roles and events of the play changing depending on his interactions with other characters.

As the story progresses, Hayate forms closer relationships with various female characters from the series, and the narrative branches toward different scenarios and endings depending on the player’s decisions during key events.

The game plays as a story-driven experience centered on dialogue choices and character interaction. Players guide Hayate through daily events at the academy, selecting responses that influence relationships with other characters. These choices determine how the story develops and which character-focused route is followed.

In addition to story progression, the game includes mini-games and optional activities. Completing these can earn in-game currency, which is used to unlock additional content such as side events, costumes, and gallery items. Multiple endings are available, encouraging replay to experience different character routes.
