Space Scramble

Space Scramble is a 1-player arcade game for the VIC-20.

It is loosely based on the arcade game, Scramble

Your mission - to pilot your one man fighter over a hostile alien landscape, shooting down enemy missiles, bombing enemy installations, and avoiding natural hazards. Your ultimate goal is total destruction of the alien headquarters. Can you survive?

The player controls a small ship that can move in the 4 cardinal directions as alien terrain scrolls from the right. The player can shoot lasers straight ahead, or drop bombs that lob towards the ground. The player has 5 lives and limited fuel to destroy as many alien installations as possible.
