Winged Lizard

Winged Lizard is a shoot 'em game for 1 or 2 players (simultaneously) in which you play the character(s) of a flying lizard/dragon taking on enemies such as skeletons, demons, witches, etc.

It was developed by Mike Futcher using Chris Yates' SUECK engine in 1993.
