Overview

The film takes place in 1950s Berlin at the height of the Cold War and centres around the joint CIA/MI6 real-life. Operation Gold: building a tunnel under the Russian sector of Berlin. A young engineer is sent to post-WWII Berlin to help the Americans in spying on the Russians. In a time and place where discretion is still a man's best friend, he falls in love with a mysterious woman who will take him on the dark side of evil. Cinema Eikaiwa - Ai no Hate ni allows the player to watch the film with english & japanese subtitles (the movie is the original with English voice acting), and the player can also during the film watching change the subtitles languages and use the dictionary to see the explanation of each word. The game got also other modes like the program lesson in which the player can select the scenes of the film that he wants to watch and practice english, and there is also the sound only mode, in which the player can see the different dialogues and listen to the pronuntiations.
