Overview
Heart de Ron is a mahjong game with erotic scenes. The player takes the role of a male contender who participates in an all-Japan mahjong championship. The game begins in a mahjong theme park, where the player character meets the first female opponent. This and subsequent one-on-one mahjong matches are dictated by the story. When defeated, female opponents undress, leading to scenes with sexual content. Short adventure-like dialogues appear between the actual mahjong games.
