Overview
Brandish 3: Spirit of Balcan Renewal is an enhanced version of the original 1994 release. Set in the kingdom of Fiberia, the game follows multiple protagonists, including Ares and Dela, as they undertake a quest initiated by Dela's late master, Balcan. Players navigate a top-down world with a rotating camera, engaging in real-time combat and exploring dungeons. The interface features point-and-click mechanics with icons for actions like looking, searching, and attacking. New gameplay elements include a zoomed-in mini-map, jump and charge attacks, a backstep maneuver and the ability to control four different characters throughout the game.
