Overview

Gomoku Narabe, also known as Gobang, Omok and Wuzechi, is a strategic board game. "Go" means "five" in Japanese, "Moku" means "pieces" and "Narabe" means to line up in a row. This games is almost identical to Tic-Tac-Toe except instead of three in a row, you need to get five in a row to win. The board also varies in sizes (11x11, 15x15 and 19x19). Though the fundamentals and the rules of the game are simple, there is a lot of depth to this game with various strategies.
