Target Alpha

Overview

Released in November 1976 by D. Gottlieb & Co., Target Alpha is a classic four-player electromechanical pinball machine celebrated for its massive bank of drop targets. It is a multiplayer reimagining of Gottlieb’s 1975 "wedgehead" hit, El Dorado, swapping the original's Wild West theme for a vibrant sci-fi aesthetic featuring space helmets, laser guns, and futuristic flying machines.

Designed by legendary pinball designer Ed Krynski with artwork by Gordon Morison, approximately 7,285 units were produced.
