Black Belt

Overview

Black Belt is a rare martial arts-themed solid-state pinball machine released by Bally in July 1986. Only 600 units were produced, making it a sought-after collector's item. It was designed by Dan Langlois with art by Greg Freres and sound by Michael Bartlow.

The machine features four flippers, including a notable inverted flipper in the upper right of the playfield that shoots "downward" toward a ramp.

Due to a naming conflict with a Zaccaria game released around the same time, half of the production run was renamed Karate Fight for European distribution.
