The evil Doctor Gero of the Red Ribbon Army has kidnapped young Son Goku and imprisoned him in an alternate dimension in time and space to prevent him from thwarting his plans to take over the world. What Gero doesn't know, however, is that everyone, regardless of the time and dimension they're in, has their own Sacred Dragon of Wishes.
