Overview
The "Argosy" pinball machine, released by Williams Electronic Games, Inc. in September 1977, is an electro-mechanical game designed by Chris Otis with artwork by Christian Marche. The game was one of Williams' last electro-mechanical machines before transitioning to solid-state technology.
The machine features a nautical theme, incorporating elements such as boats and ships, and includes a variety of gameplay features like two flippers, two pop bumpers, three slingshots, a 4-bank drop target, a kick-out hole, and a spinning target. A total of 2,052 units were produced.
