Overview

Mankala is a 1 - 2 player board game for the 8-bit Atari computer. A computerized version of the ancient board game Mancala. Each player owns six small playing bins and one large home bin, which are arranged in parallel sets. The player can choose for the starting bins to contain 3 - 8 stones, where higher stones creates a more difficult challenge. Players take turns picking up all the stones in a bin, and dropping one stone in each bin in a counterclockwise direction. Each stone dropped into a home bin remains there permanently. There are 4 levels of computer opponents.
