Moon Marauder

Moon Marauder is a 1-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari computer.

Prestrike expeditionary force from the Omega-J5 system have invaded our moon! They're building military installations to prepare for a full scale assault on the Earth.

The player controls a spaceship hovering over the surface of an alien planet. The ship can move laterally and forwards as the alien landscape scrolls underneath. The player tries to destroy enemy military installations while avoiding attacking vessels and environmental hazards. The player has a limited fuel supply, and earns extra fuel by destroying enemy fuel depots. The player starts with 3 ships, and when all are lost, it's game over. There are 4 levels of difficulty.
