Integer Tic Tac Toe

Integer Tic Tac Toe is a math based Tic Tac Toe game (and the last in the series) that revolves around integers. It is a conversion of an old Commodore Plus/4 game. The conversion was done by Barry "Cout" Hart in 2017.
