When you RUN this program the computer will select a phrase from its repertoire, encode it, and display the encoded phrase twice on the screen. To decode it you enter the letter to be changed and, when prompted, the letter to be substituted. The first line displayed on the screen will be changed ac- cording to your command; the second line will remain in its original form for reference.
