The Cosmic Balance

This game resembles many others of the era in starship management and combat; with weapons, shields, propulsion to be managed in turn based combat. However, unlike most of those other games, in The Cosmic Balance you can also design your own ship, building it component to component to your specification, and your opponent in multiplayer can do the same.
