Le Mystere XIII

Le Mystere XIII is an adventure game based on the first volumes of the Belgian XIII comic book which started in 1984. The same character also had a cel-shaded FPS game later and television series. You play as the journalist Warren Glass investigating the assassination of President of the United States. His research obviously lead to delve the life of XIII and to interview the character at the end of game. Puzzles based on the first 11 volumes of the series, it is in the form of a comic strip in which the player is looking for clues to find XIII. In this game you do not play the character but that of a journalist in his quest to get an interview and get to the truth of the matter. The game consists of six files to complete using harvested gradually progresses and encounters with characters from the series indices. Very close to the world of XIII through the use of a BD presentation style with which the player interacts in order to progress in its investigation. Unusually, the game was sold in book stores instead of video game stores as promotion for the comics.
