Overview

Sky Shadow is a 1–2 player side-scrolling arcade game for Macintosh. The dreaded blood-hungry Razoropers have all but destroyed the player's home city. Only an audacious bombing raid over enemy territory can save it. The player controls a spaceship that moves in all directions, fires directly forwards, and can drop bombs. The ship crosses a short horizontally-scrolling looping terrain, and gains bonus points for destroying enemy ships and successfully bombing targets. The ship has limited shield to survive a loop, and has smart bombs which can clear the screen. After completing a loop, the player can land for bonus points, ship repairs, and weapon upgrades. Bonus healing kits can also repair the ship when it becomes damaged, and damaged vessels may lose navigation or fire control. Game speed doubles in Mega-Mode after the player reaches 100,000 points. The player starts with five ships.
