Overview
The Orbit and Outer Space pinball machines, produced by Gottlieb in 1971-72, are nearly identical except for the number of players: Orbit supports four players, while Outer Space is a two-player version. Both games share the same playfield design, featuring three pop bumpers, a vari-target, a spinner, and two flippers. These machines focus on a space theme and were designed by Ed Krynski with artwork by Gordon Morison.
