Overview
A Spitfire flight simulator with practice and combat modes. The practice mode allows you to master takeoff, flying including aerobatics and landing without having to worry about enemy aircraft. In combat mode you fly missions and you can engage in aerial dogfights. Spitfire '40 was originally published for the BBC Micro by Mirrorsoft and later re-released on the budget label Alternative Software.
