KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION

KID A MNESIA is a dreamlike space, a building constructed from art, creatures, lyrics and recordings from Radiohead's Kid A and Amnesiac albums, rescued, reconstructed and transmuted 20 years after their release.

The wickedly eager art and lyrics that Stanley Donwood and Thom Yorke devised to accompany the melodies of Radiohead's Kid A and Amnesiac come to life in a building hidden in a pencil-cut forest. The preconceived idea of what an exhibition would be like is pushed to the limit... or transformed into something completely new.

Kid A and Amnesiac's multitrack recordings are fragmented and reconstituted in a series of possible and impossible spaces inhabited by equally possible and impossible creatures and surrounded by art created at the turn of the millennium by Stanley Donwood and Thom Yorke.
