Not to be confused with Konami's Top Gunner (aka Jackal), Top Gunner by Exidy was an unreleased vector based prototype from 1986.
Vector shooting game where one tries to shoot down enemy helicopters and ships. It is said that Vertigo also by Exidy was an earlier version of this game.
