Mahjong Block Jongbou II

Mahjong Block Jongbou II (also known as Jongbou II) is a rare hybrid arcade game released in 1987 by SNK. It is the direct sequel to Mahjong Block Jongbou, a unique title that blends the fast-paced paddle-and-ball mechanics of Breakout or Arkanoid with the strategic tile-matching rules of Japanese Mahjong.

Like its predecessor, players control a paddle at the bottom of the screen to bounce a ball upward into rows of face-down tiles. The first hit flips a tile over, and the second hit dislodges it, causing it to fall toward the player.
